1. PURPOSE
This Copyright, Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy governs the ownership, use, protection, licensing, reporting, and enforcement of intellectual property rights associated with Barkera websites, ecommerce stores, communities, educational programs, STEM kits, digital products, research initiatives, software, mobile applications, memberships, events, services, and related platforms.

2. BARKERA INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
All content, materials, technology, and intellectual property available through the Services are owned by Barkera, its licensors, partners, suppliers, content providers, or affiliates and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

3. LIMITED LICENSE
Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for authorized purposes.

4. EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, STEM KITS & CURRICULUM CONTENT

Barkera names, logos, service marks, slogans, trade dress, and branding elements are protected trademarks.

8. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Users grant Barkera a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use submitted content for business, educational, research, marketing, and operational purposes.

9. THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Users may not submit content that infringes the rights of others.

10. COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS & UNAUTHORIZED MERCHANDISE
Barkera prohibits counterfeit, pirated, unauthorized, or infringing products and content.

11. DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA)
Barkera complies with the DMCA and accepts infringement notices as outlined in this Policy.

12. DMCA NOTICE REQUIREMENTS
Valid notices must include all information required under 17 U.S.C. §512.

13. ACTIONS UPON RECEIPT OF A VALID NOTICE
Barkera may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action.

14. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE
Affected parties may submit counter-notifications as permitted under applicable law.

15. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
Repeat infringers may be suspended, terminated, or permanently banned.

16. AI, DATA MINING & SCRAPING RESTRICTIONS
Unauthorized scraping, crawling, harvesting, AI training, or automated extraction of Barkera content is prohibited.

17. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
