Barkera Shop Terms & Refund Policy

1. Product Sizing and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts before purchase. Sizes may vary by manufacturer, garment, material, and production process. Orders placed in an incorrect size selected by the customer are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund.

The above chart is an example only. Customers must review the sizing information associated with each specific product before ordering.

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Most products are made-to-order. Estimated fulfillment is 3–7 business days, followed by shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

3. Order Acceptance and Right to Refuse Orders

Barkera reserves the right to refuse, limit, suspend, or cancel any order for lawful reasons including pricing errors, inventory shortages, fraud concerns, chargeback history, reseller activity, policy violations, or fulfillment limitations.

4. Product Images, Colors, and Display Variations

Actual product appearance may vary due to screens, devices, lighting, printing processes, and manufacturing methods. Reasonable variations do not constitute defects.

5. Manufacturing and Production Variations

Minor variations in print placement, alignment, stitching, color saturation, dimensions, and manufacturing tolerances are normal and are not grounds for refund or return.

6. Shipping Locations

Barkera may utilize global third-party fulfillment and manufacturing partners.

7. International Orders, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are solely responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related governmental charges.

8. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available through third-party carriers.

9. Lost, Delayed, Refused, or Undelivered Shipments

Barkera is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather events, or circumstances beyond its control. Refused shipments may result in deductions for fulfillment and shipping costs.

10. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

11. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Mislabeled Products

Claims must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and include supporting photographs and order information.

12. Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are accepted only for qualifying damaged, defective, incorrect, or mislabeled products.

13. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted only for verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially mislabeled products, or as otherwise required by law.

14. Exchanges

Barkera does not offer exchanges for sizes, colors, styles, or customer ordering errors.

15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Barkera before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions, refusal of future orders, and recovery efforts.

16. Fraud Prevention and Verification

Barkera reserves the right to verify identity, payment information, billing information, and shipping information.

17. Promotions, Discounts, and Pricing Errors

Barkera may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, coupon errors, or technical malfunctions and refund amounts paid.

18. Charitable and Community Support Initiatives

Certain purchases may support rescues, shelters, education, or research initiatives. No donation amount is guaranteed unless expressly stated.

19. Product Availability

Products may be modified, discontinued, or removed from sale at any time.

20. Force Majeure

Barkera is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

22. Limitation of Liability

Barkera’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

23. Governing Law and Venue

These Shop Terms are governed by Florida law. Exclusive venue shall be Broward County, Florida.

24. Changes to These Shop Terms

Barkera may modify these Shop Terms at any time by posting updated versions.
