Moderator Responsibilities:

assistance promptly.
4. Facilitate Discussions: Actively engage with group members, initiate conversations, and

5. Member Management: Approve or decline membership requests, remove members who
violate group rules, and ensure the group remains a safe and valuable space.
6. Engage with the Community: Foster a sense of community and connection by engaging

Admin Responsibilities:
1. Establish Group Guidelines: Create and enforce group rules and guidelines that align with the group’s purpose and objectives.
2. Assign Roles: Assign moderator roles to trusted individuals to assist in content
moderation and member management.
3. Group / Space Management: Configure and manage group/space, such as privacy,
membership approval, and posting permissions.
4. Monitor Group Activity: Keep an eye on group activity, member engagement, and
discussions to ensure compliance with group rules and guidelines.
5. Resolve Conflicts: Address conflicts and disputes among group members, mediate
discussions, and take appropriate action to maintain a harmonious environment.
6. Promote Growth and Engagement: Implement strategies to promote group growth,
increase engagement, and attract new members who align with the group’s interests.
7. Analytics and Insights: Monitor group analytics and insights to gain a better
understanding of member preferences, activity patterns, and demographics.
